Machinery Safety – Inspection & Certification Services

Any product placed onto the market or put into use must be safe to use. For products classed as Machinery, specific legislation is in force in the UK and EU to ensure the safety of anyone who will operate or come into contact with those products.

Equipment classified as ‘Machinery’ under The Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC and The Supply of Machinery (Safety) Regulations 2008 (as amended) is required to conform with the Essential Health & Safety Requirements of these Directives/Regulations, and this forms a fundamental element of allowing equipment to be legally placed on the market or put into service in the EU or UK.
