Sales Coordinator

As a Sales Coordinator within Eurofins E&E, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Business Development, Sales, Marketing and Operational teams. Your contribution to customer account management and our ongoing customer care processes will be highly valued and integral to our operations.

We want to hear from you if you can demonstrate good attention to detail, have a problem-solving mindset, and thrive in a collaborative environment. The base location for this role is open to discussion, and we support hybrid or remote working where this suits both the role and the person appointed.

Eurofins E&E delivers an extensive range of services covering all aspects of compliance, certification, and testing for electrical and electronics products across a range of industries and market sectors. In conjunction with companies in the wider Eurofins network, we offer our customers a single point of contact for product approvals, allowing them to place their products onto markets worldwide.

The ideal candidate for this role will have experience working directly with customers, focusing on customer care and managing customer needs. They will also have CRM experience and the drive and passion to create a great customer experience.

The post is full-time (37.5 hpw), and we offer five weeks of annual leave plus bank holidays. You can work some of the time remotely, and the base location is also open to discussion.
